There was a park within walking distance of Country Woods Inn. We walked along side the Paluxy River but as you can see the river is bone dry. We stayed in Glenrose for a girls trip in February in fact it was when it had snowed and the river was iced over. It’s amazing that the drought has lasted so long. The kids had a great time at the park and we got a great group shot of everyone. The boys were all about the jumping picture, the girls not so much. I tried to get them to jump but Brooke was not having any more pictures, she was ready to get back and get some water. This weekend has been a blast and everyone has played so well together. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of kids.
