One Less Tooth!

Presley has had a loose tooth, but it wasn't that loose, so I thought it would be a little while before it came out. Well, I was wrong. Brooke and I ran a few errands and came home with pizza. I was talking to Presley and realized her tooth was gone. She didn't even know it was gone. We tried to help her think about where she had been and started looking for her tooth. We never found it and she was worried the tooth fairy wouldn't come. I told her we would write a letter and explain what had happen and that the tooth fairy would understand. I don't want them to grow up and this little milestone definitely makes me realize my little girls are growing up way too fast.

All Was Quiet!

We were able to visit last night while the kids were all content on iphones. Man, I love technology.

Seth was in town for business so we headed over to Rita and Alan's to have a drink and then we headed to Lockharts for some good old Texas Barbecue. It was an impromptu night but so glad we were able to see Seth. The girls enjoyed playing with Clay and Josh. I am so glad they all get along and hope it is always that way. It was a great evening with special friends and great food.

We watched Ella on Saturday morning so Brenda and Tom could take Aleck to see Cars 2. The girls were beyond excited that Ella was going to spend some time with us. I decided to get the bounce house out and as you can see they were all just so adorable. Ella was having a blast, she loves to jump.

A Visit From Hunter

Uncle David came by to pick up daddy's truck so he could finish moving to Oklahoma. The girls were so happy to see Hunter. Hunter just had his 2nd birthday and they had to sing Happy Birthday. They love to sing the birthday song. It was great to see Hunter even if it was for a short visit. He is getting so big looking more like a little boy instead of a baby.

It was a great day! Everyone had a great day swimming and daddy cooked some great burgers and ribs.

I didn't take very many pictures but was really disappointed that I didn't get any pictures of Papaw. I need to better about getting pictures of everyone. The girls had a great time and was really tired and grumpy once everyone left.

We have had a great summer so far. They have gone to camp and started swim lessons today and are doing really well. Mrs. Cheryl even commented on how much they had improved since last year. After they are finished with swim lessons we will be going to the beach and they ask everyday, "when are we going to the beach." With a smile on my face I tell them but know I will be asked again. I love that they are so excited and that we are able to experience that with those sweet little girls.
