Let’s Pretend Tea Party

I bought a Living Social to Let’s Pretend Tea Party back in the summer and never used it. The girls were out for Parent/Teacher conferences

and I decided to take them to have a little fun.

They first had to choose a dress and they could try as many on as they wanted. This took awhile but we finally chose the right dress.

Brooke didn’t like the blue dress because it was scratchy. She is my child that likes her clothes to feel good and she will let me know what she doesn’t like.

They look so darn cute and were having so much fun.

Next, was applying make-up. They were so pretty and loved that they were wearing eye shadow and lip gloss.

I had to have a cute picture of the two of them and Brooke was definitely playing the role and adding a little of her personality to the mix.

Presley was a little annoyed at Brooke because she was hugging all over Presley and Presley was not wanting Brooke to touch her. More sisterly love from Presley. Brooke is very touchy feely and Presley only on her terms and today was not one of the days she wanted to be loved.

It was time for tea and they loved the cubed sugar, so much that we had to request more sugar. It was precious watching them use the tongs to put their sugar in their cup. They got to choose their flavor of cupcake and Brooke chose chocolate and Presley chose strawberry. I asked them what their favorite part of the tea party and Brooke said, the cupcake and Presley said, the sugar. I knew those would be their answers. Too funny! I guess I will be buying cubed sugar for tea parties at home.

The girls were ready to take their dresses off after they had tea. Then it was time for them to get their nails painted. Brooke chose pink and Presley chose blue. They love having their nails painted. Once we finished the nails I wanted a few more pictures of the two of them and they were so silly. They were running out from this room, dancing, laughing and acting so darn cute. I couldn’t resist all the pictures. I know this is a long post but I couldn’t leave out any pictures.

I love all these pictures. It was a great time and I never tire of watching my children enjoy themselves.
