The Girls!

Here are a few pictures of my little angels.
I have said this before it is hard to get a great photo of them at the same time, this will have to do.
I am so excited, I saw the Stampin Up new catalog last night and can I tell you there are a lot of things I need (yes, I said need and not want)
I am having a workshop tomorrow and I will be placing an order. Yea! My husband said I could spend $100.00. He is the best husband in the world.

Yahoo!

I am so excited! I have been in my craft room all evening cleaning and organizing (and no I didn't finish). I came to turn off my computer and thought I would check my email one more time before going to bed. I won the bingo game! Yahoo! Julee Tilman from Poetic Artistry is sending me the cutest acrylic stamp set it's called Memory Box at the Zoo. The Bingo game is the whole reason I started my blog besides showing off my cute little girls. Can you believe it I won.
I guess it does pay to put a little effort in things.
Good Night and have a Blessed Day!

Bingo Sketch #3 for Poetic Artistry

I am having so much fun with this Bingo game.
The card base is Chocolate Chip with Ruby Red.
The patterened paper is My Minds Eye-Front Porch, both the stripe and polka dot. The Circle has So Saffron, Chocolate Chip,
and Very Vanilla stamped with a Michaels $1 stamp and colored in with Stampin up watercolor crayons-Ruby Red, Old Olive, and So Saffron. The stamp on the Ruby Red is from Doodle This stamped with Chocolate Chip ink. The sentiment is stamped with Small Script in Chocolate Chip ink and matted with So Saffron and Ruby Red. I used fruit punch stickles on the circle and in the middle of the flowers which in the photo doesn't do it justice. Thanks for looking!

So Tired!

This just happened today. She wore herself
out jumping.

Mmmm!

Presley has found her feet and cannot keep them out of her mouth.

Super Sketch Sunday #17

I made this card last week for Amy Westerman's sketch
but of course didn't do it exactly like the sketch. I always start out using a sketch and change it up a bit. That is something I need to work on when I do sketches.
I used Cool Carribean CS for the base. Then used Funky Vintage~Lizzie Collection from a 6x6 pad I bought at Michaels on the background. The middle square is the same collection of papers matted on Chocolat Chip with a brown and white gigngham ribbon tied around it. I stamped the Paisley from Polka Dots and Paisley (Stampin Up) on white CS and colored in with the stamp pad and aqua painter and matted that with So Saffron CS and used my scallop scissors. The sentiment is from What Could Be Better (Stampin UP) stamped on Cool Carribean then punched it out with my word window punch.
I then finished it off by using my photo corner punch with Chocolate Chip CS. At first I didn't like the card but it has grown on me. I love the colors but wasn't impressed with my stamped image. I think it needs something else. Oh well! I hope you enjoy and Thanks for looking.

Teeth and No Teeth

Poor Brooke has no teeth yet.
Can you say teeth? Sorry for the blurry picture but this is the only one I could get showing those pearly whites.

A Few Cards!

Here are some cards I have made but I don't remember some of the papers. So now that I have a blog I will have to pay more attention to all that and especially when I case cards and do sketches. Thanks for looking.

Father's Day

This was the gift I made for Father's Day.
It matches my husbands office. It's hard to see but I put blue paint on the glass. This is not my design but saw one like it at my LSS (Recollections-Thanks to Heather) and copied the idea but changed it up.

Oh Those Eyes!

This is Presley. Oh those eyes, they will melt your heart.
I call her my "party girl"
She doesn't like to miss a thing. She has cut her first two teeth and is chewing on everything in sight. Her sister still hasn't cut any of her teeth.

"Brookie"

This is Brooke and she loves the jump and go.
She is my little thinker and my good sleeper.
She looks just like her daddy.

7 Months

Hello,

This is my first blog entry and my sweet little angels are 7 months old today.

It seems like yesterday when they were born.

I remember people telling me the love you feel for children is like no other and boy were they right. We are so blessed to have two healthy and happy babies. I searched my photos to find a good picture of both of them and it is really hard to get a good pic of two babies. So here is an okay photo. I will have to try tomorrow to get some better photos of the both of them.
