The girls are really enjoying soccer this season. This was only their second game but they sure are having fun with their new friends.
Brooke scored two goals today and Presley had a great play and almost scored a goal, too bad the goal couldn’t have been moved to the right just a little and it would have gone right in the goal. Darn the luck.
It was a successful Auction. Our goal was to raise 40,000 and we raised a whopping 73,500. The auction team rocked this year!
It was a lot of work but worth every minute of the time we all put into it. We had our last auction meeting this week and we all agreed to do it again next year. We also raised enough money for the fund a program which was to get IPads in the classrooms. The joy I feel right now is beyond words. I helped last year but this year the energy was so different and I think everyone felt it as well. We auctioned off a car and the winner wasn’t present but it was a friend of one of the church members. So at least someone knew the winner. We all wanted the person to be present but it was still exciting that we had a car donated. I am so glad it is all over because I have my life back.

These Cookies went for $650 and they were yummy.

These were the Valentine’s I made for the girls this year. They loved the attention during the photo shoot.

The girls went to the daddy daughter dance on Sunday and had a blast. I was lucky enough to be present because I was Brenda’s photography assistant. We made a great team. Presley was not interested in dancing with Gary at all, she wanted to twirl around all by herself. Brooke wanted to jump up and down while Gary was holding her hands. Presley was right in the middle of the crowd while Brooke did her own thing when she wasn’t following Ella. I love these special moments.
The cookies and cupcakes were a huge hit.

She had someone constantly by her side. They really adore sweet Ella.
It was so fun to see them have fun with Daddy and all of their friends.
The girls have started gymnastics and they absolutely love it. They asked me every day after their first class if it was gymnastics day.
They have had three classes and I have seen improvement, they are no Mary Lou Retton, but they love it. I think that just dated me.
There is nothing like sharing something you love with friends. I enjoy seeing them happy.
They are doing a bridge…that is what they call it now. Back in my day, it was a back bend.
I was so surprised they were not even nervous to get up on the balance beam. They did it like it was nothing to it. Such brave little girls.
