Dinner At Stinky's

We went to dinner at Stinky's and it was a little crazy with all the kids. The wine was good but the shrimp was okay. I was so hungry for shrimp and it did not feed my need. The crab cake was excellent. The restrooms were upstairs and they had an elevator, I made the mistake of dancing in the elevator with Brooke, Presley and Olivia. They thought I was a little crazy but joined in the fun. Needless to say we made more trips to the restroom than I had planned. Note to self don't make restroom breaks fun.

Frost Bites!

I love Seaside Florida. The town is so quaint, clean, and beautiful. Not to mention the best snow cone I have ever had from "Frost Bites." Coconut Cream Pie Piggly Wiggly. It is served with custard on the bottom then the coconut snow cone with cream and graham cracker crumbs on top. It is to die for and I definitely had more than one, two, three, yes I had four snow cones while on vacation. It is a good thing there are none of these snow cone stands close to me because I would have a problem losing weight. They are my new weakness. So yummy! These were $5 snow cones but worth every penny. We talked to the owner and she had told us she served over 800 snow cones on the 4th of July. Wow, is all I could say. That is a lot of snow cones. I loved this Seaside sign it was made out of license plates. So cool!

Playing!

Everyone got along so well. Playing Uno to playing with cars or mini animals and figurines.
To digging holes in the sand and playing like they are animals themselves.  Playing with stuffed animals. We couldn't have asked for a better week with such special and fun friends.

Riding The Waves

Daddy got the girls some boogie boards and they had a blast riding the waves. It was so fun watching their faces as they came to shore. Presley really enjoyed it more than Brooke. Brooke didn't like when the waves crashed into her face and got water in her eyes. But she still had fun. Presley would have done it all day if daddy would have been willing to help her. It was money well spent just watching the joy on their faces.

Happy Independence Day!

We watched Fireworks in Seaside Florida. I love this quaint little town. They were directly in front of us and really close. They were awesome. I didn't get any pictures of the fireworks but I did video the firework show. I brought some glow bracelets, tattoos, necklaces and much more for the kids to be festive. I have always enjoyed Fourth of July and want my children to enjoy it as much as I do. It was a beautiful night and definitely cooler in Florida than it was in Texas. I'm sure the breeze from the ocean helped a lot.
